What Inspection of our Products need to Pass before Shipping?

We often hear customers' complain about the quality problems they met before, such as the elastic band of the hairnet falling off, there are holes in the gloves, or fuzzing on the mask. How to avoid this problem? There is no doubt that quality inspection is the only way to solve these problems.

Quality management is primarily about prevention, that is, preventing possible problems in advance. Hide quality risks could be avoided according to the last experience. Meanwhile, routine spot checks are also required to achieve double insurance.

Let us have a look at how we make quality control. 

1）           We have supervisors inspecting production lines, checking manufacture procedures, to ensure product quality is alright.

2）           Before the shipment, our QC Manager will make a casual inspection on final finished products once again. And a detailed inspection sheet will be recorded for quality trace.
